KLOUDBusters is at it again for another edition of our annual regional blow-out launch to be held August 31 - September 3, 2007. Little birdies are flying around telling us about some really amazing projects that will launch at AIRFest in 2007. Many Midwestern flyers plan on taking advantage of cooler September weather and the high altitude waiver at our premier launch site to thrill the crowds with plenty of Smoke, Fire, and Noise. Join us for AIRFest 13 and check out the Fastest Hobby on Earth. The 2006 edition of AIRFest featured over 600 launches and a huge variety of rockets. The wide open range country that surrounds our 40 acre all-weather 'Rocket Pasture' is great for rockets of all shapes and sizes and has been the host site for LDRS an unprecedented 4 times (1993, 1994, 1999 and 2003 ). You've seen our launches on TV -- In 2003, KLOUDBusters proudly hosted the Discovery Channel first-ever Rocket Challenge shows from this site.
Bring your big exciting projects to challenge Aurora's Argonia record 29,950'. Our standing waiver is 34,500' from start to finish for all launches. As always, prior TRA BoD approval is required for all flights over 25,000'. Successful 'P' impulse flights, clustered M's, N drag races and more have all thrilled Argonia gatherings. Why not make A.I.R.Fest 13 your last summer launch of 2007?

The buttons at the left provide the details.
Friday through Sunday will be standard Commercial days and all TRA, NAR, and low-power flyers are welcome. Monday TRA Research rules will be in effect, so that day will be limited to TRA members Level 2 and Level 3. Research and commercial motors will be allowed, as per the TRA Research Safety code.
Joining us this year will be the photographers, writers, and videographers from "ROCKETS" magazine giving us a chance to showcase AIRFest 14 to the rocketry community in an upcoming issue of their magazine. You can check out their work at the ROCKETS web-site.
